Benefits of meditation

If you want to tap into the infinite unified field of the universe, maybe it would help to align your physical body with the fundamental underlying geometric structure of the building blocks of the fabric of the vacuum of space (a tetrahedron) since space is the one this that is everywhere you go, all at once and connects all things.

Perhaps it would make sense to act like the fundamental dynamic of the universe on all scales by creating a Torus structure in your personal energy field by curling it toward stillness in the center of your heart like the stillness in the eye of a hurricane. Maybe even pull the universe in, spiraling toward stillness and then push it back out again, only to repeat the cycle over and over… (breathing)…
