12 things that have become more clear to me in recent years, by observing people and events around the world, and knowing difficult people and challenges are like mirrors that can show us where we need spiritual growth.

1. Love always wins over Fear.
2. How we can recognize when the Ego is talking instead of the Higher self.
3. Destruction and force is easy, but creation and compassion take effort and time.
4. Everyone is doing the best they can from their level of consciousness, do not judge, observe and learn.
5. Take responsibility for your actions, and do not blame others for your mistakes. Do better next time.
6. There is no shame, and it shows strength changing your mind when presented with new evidence.
7. What we need in the long run, is often not what we ask for.
8. Stay informed, alert, but calm and prepared at times of crisis. Listen to facts and science when investigating the truth in anything, and not dogma and superstition you may have picked up in society or from false leaders in the past.
9. Loving everyone doesn’t necessarily mean you approve of their behavior or ideas, or you will not act justly, and defend yourself or others, when they behave badly or act hurtfully.
10. Believe and have faith that all is as it should be.
11. Prayer alone doesn’t achieve anything. Take action, then totally surrender, trust and not be attached to a certain outcome. Something better than you had planed might be happening.
12. When this material world distracts you with everyday challenges, stay connected to the Divine Creator and the Life giving Energy that your soul needs through prayer, Meditation and service to others.
“Love the creatures for the sake of God and not for themselves. You will never become angry or impatient if you love them for the sake of God. Humanity is not perfect. There are imperfections in every human being, and you will always become unhappy if you look toward the people themselves. But if you look toward God, you will love them and be kind to them, for the world of God is the world of perfection and complete mercy. Therefore, do not look at the shortcomings of anybody; see with the sight of forgiveness. The imperfect eye beholds imperfections. The eye that covers faults looks toward the Creator of souls. He created them, trains and provides for them, endows them with capacity and life, sight and hearing; therefore, they are the signs of His grandeur. You must love and be kind to everybody, care for the poor, protect the weak, heal the sick, teach and educate the ignorant.” ― Abdu’l-Baha
“….If we—as communities across the world have in recent days—find ourselves restricted in our movements, let us reach out to those around us to the extent that we can and find ways to assist them; let us use the time to engage in prayer, in reflection on the Word of God, and in meaningful conversations with family members, friends, and neighbors…..”

Every one of us is aware of how our personality traits affect the way we think, feel, as well as act. However, nowadays, some studies suggest the idea that our perception of the world may also depend on our personality traits.
The categories of the big five personality traits are conscientiousness, neuroticism, extroversion, agreeableness, as well as the ability to keep an open mind to some new and different experiences. In other words, one of those categories is somehow more dominant on us. We perceive the world according to the category which we possess.
There is one study from recently that focused on the ability to keep an open mind to some new experiences and examined the difference in outlook between open-minded and close-minded people. According to the psychological evidence of the study, the quality of ‘openness’ has a lot of deciding power about in what kind of reality one individual lives.
Open-minded people live in a completely different reality than others.
Openness is not a set quality, but it actually includes keeping an open mind, trying some new things, as well as meeting some new people — basically a desire of exploring and pushing the boundaries of what you know, as well as what you have.
Open-minded people are very gregarious. The study called ‘Seeing it both ways’, was conducted at Melbourne University. A hundred and twenty-three participants from different backgrounds were examined.
Their character and their views were measured, and the test for open-mindedness focused on five categories, which we already mentioned: conscientiousness, neuroticism, extroversion, agreeableness, and the ability to keep an open mind to new experiences
Then, they tested who experienced a visual perception phenomenon which was called “binocular rivalry.” This phenomenon happens when each eye is shown some different image, in this case, a red patch in one eye and a green patch to the other eye.
A lot of people switch back and forwards between the two different images, as the brain can only perceive one at a time. But some people merge the two images into a unified red-green patch.
Most of the participants that looked at both patches together were the ones that scored higher on openness.
According to the researchers, this actually makes some sense as openness to new experiences is linked with creativity. As these people are fine with keeping their mind open to experience, learning, as well as perception, they easily create new mentally routes inside their head. Therefore, they develop some new ideas with connecting things a normal person would not connect.
This finding had also been mentioned in an old study from 2015. Therefore, open-mindedness helps individuals to attain some higher planes of thought and calmer resting state.
It literally creates a different structure of reality with the introduction of some new elements inside the picture that normal people would not perceive. It also broadens the world in which an individual lives.

These questions are all aspects of the ancient “mind-body problem,” which asks, essentially: What is the relationship between mind and matter? It’s resisted a generally satisfying conclusion for thousands of years.
Chalmers thought the mind-body problem should be called “hard” in comparison to what, with tongue in cheek, he called the “easy” problems of neuroscience: How do neurons and the brain work at the physical level? Of course they’re not actually easy at all. But his point was that they’re relatively easy compared to the truly difficult problem of explaining how consciousness relates to matter.
Over the last decade, my colleague, University of California, Santa Barbara psychology professor Jonathan Schooler and I have developed what we call a “resonance theory of consciousness.” We suggest that resonance – another word for synchronized vibrations – is at the heart of not only human consciousness but also animal consciousness and of physical reality more generally. It sounds like something the hippies might have dreamed up – it’s all vibrations, man! – but stick with me.
All about the vibrations
All things in our universe are constantly in motion, vibrating. Even objects that appear to be stationary are in fact vibrating, oscillating, resonating, at various frequencies. Resonance is a type of motion, characterized by oscillation between two states. And ultimately all matter is just vibrations of various underlying fields. As such, at every scale, all of nature vibrates.
Something interesting happens when different vibrating things come together: They will often start, after a little while, to vibrate together at the same frequency. They “sync up,” sometimes in ways that can seem mysterious. This is described as the phenomenon of spontaneous self-organization.
When fireflies of certain species come together in large gatherings, they start flashing in sync, in ways that can still seem a little mystifying.
Lasers are produced when photons of the same power and frequency sync up.
The moon’s rotation is exactly synced with its orbit around the Earth such that we always see the same face.
Examining resonance leads to potentially deep insights about the nature of consciousness and about the universe more generally.
Sync inside your skull
Neuroscientists have identified sync in their research, too. Large-scale neuron firing occurs in human brains at measurable frequencies, with mammalian consciousness thought to be commonly associated with various kinds of neuronal sync.
Fries focuses on gamma, beta and theta waves. These labels refer to the speed of electrical oscillations in the brain, measured by electrodes placed on the outside of the skull. Groups of neurons produce these oscillations as they use electrochemical impulses to communicate with each other. It’s the speed and voltage of these signals that, when averaged, produce EEG waves that can be measured at signature cycles per second.
Gamma waves are associated with large-scale coordinated activities like perception, meditation or focused consciousness; beta with maximum brain activity or arousal; and theta with relaxation or daydreaming. These three wave types work together to produce, or at least facilitate, various types of human consciousness, according to Fries. But the exact relationship between electrical brain waves and consciousness is still very much up for debate.
Fries calls his concept “communication through coherence.” For him, it’s all about neuronal synchronization. Synchronization, in terms of shared electrical oscillation rates, allows for smooth communication between neurons and groups of neurons. Without this kind of synchronized coherence, inputs arrive at random phases of the neuron excitability cycle and are ineffective, or at least much less effective, in communication.
A resonance theory of consciousness
Our resonance theory builds upon the work of Fries and many others, with a broader approach that can help to explain not only human and mammalian consciousness, but also consciousness more broadly.
Based on the observed behavior of the entities that surround us, from electrons to atoms to molecules, to bacteria to mice, bats, rats, and on, we suggest that all things may be viewed as at least a little conscious. This sounds strange at first blush, but “panpsychism” – the view that all matter has some associated consciousness – is an increasingly accepted position with respect to the nature of consciousness.
The panpsychist argues that consciousness did not emerge at some point during evolution. Rather, it’s always associated with matter and vice versa – they’re two sides of the same coin. But the large majority of the mind associated with the various types of matter in our universe is extremely rudimentary. An electron or an atom, for example, enjoys just a tiny amount of consciousness. But as matter becomes more interconnected and rich, so does the mind, and vice versa, according to this way of thinking.
Biological organisms can quickly exchange information through various biophysical pathways, both electrical and electrochemical. Non-biological structures can only exchange information internally using heat/thermal pathways – much slower and far less rich in information in comparison. Living things leverage their speedier information flows into larger-scale consciousness than what would occur in similar-size things like boulders or piles of sand, for example. There’s much greater internal connection and thus far more “going on” in biological structures than in a boulder or a pile of sand.
Under our approach, boulders and piles of sand are “mere aggregates,” just collections of highly rudimentary conscious entities at the atomic or molecular level only. That’s in contrast to what happens in biological life forms where the combinations of these micro-conscious entities together create a higher level macro-conscious entity. For us, this combination process is the hallmark of biological life.
The central thesis of our approach is this: the particular linkages that allow for large-scale consciousness – like those humans and other mammals enjoy – result from a shared resonance among many smaller constituents. The speed of the resonant waves that are present is the limiting factor that determines the size of each conscious entity in each moment.
As a particular shared resonance expands to more and more constituents, the new conscious entity that results from this resonance and combination grows larger and more complex. So the shared resonance in a human brain that achieves gamma synchrony, for example, includes a far larger number of neurons and neuronal connections than is the case for beta or theta rhythms alone.
What about larger inter-organism resonance like the cloud of fireflies with their little lights flashing in sync? Researchers think their bioluminescent resonance arises due to internal biological oscillators that automatically result in each firefly syncing up with its neighbors.
Is this group of fireflies enjoying a higher level of group consciousness? Probably not, since we can explain the phenomenon without recourse to any intelligence or consciousness. But in biological structures with the right kind of information pathways and processing power, these tendencies toward self-organization can and often do produce larger-scale conscious entities.
Our resonance theory of consciousness attempts to provide a unified framework that includes neuroscience, as well as more fundamental questions of neurobiology and biophysics, and also the philosophy of mind. It gets to the heart of the differences that matter when it comes to consciousness and the evolution of physical systems.
It is all about vibrations, but it’s also about the type of vibrations and, most importantly, about shared vibrations.
When You Change Yourself, You Can Change The World. You Are Pure Energy.
by Ane Krstevska
The things that we think are solid; they don’t exist in reality.
Each thing in the universe is a vibration of energy. Each atom, each molecule, and all of the objects that we think they are in solid form are literary made of 99.9% space.
The physical and material world that we are dealing with is neither physical nor material. Basically, it is something far more complicated than that.
This theory has been proved by many physicists, winners of the Nobel Prize, including Niels Bohr.
Niels Bohr was a Danish physicist to whom we are grateful for the understanding of atomic structure and development of the quantum theory.
“If quantum mechanics hasn’t profoundly shocked you, you haven’t understood it yet. Everything we call real is made of things that cannot be regarded as real. “–Niels Bohr
All around us is energy, and we are energy. When you are going to start believing this and perceive yourself as a spiritual being that hasn’t been touched by the space and the time, the barricades around you will begin to fade. The best ways to understand the information above are meditation and self-contemplation.
After each noticed frequency, our body produces vibrations. In case your frequency in on a high level, it means that you are in a positive state of mind, and the negativity won’t influence you. But, in case you are stressed, depressed, you will have low and slow vibration, which will allow the negative energy to influence you even more.
According to this, we are functioning based on the vibration level, which is made from pure energy. All human vibrations linked with each other are creating the reality around us.
The universe is absorbing every vibration we are creating, no matter bad or good, and it will echo it.
Furthermore, if we collect all the vibration around the world, we will have obtained the whole human consciousness. In the internal state of humanity, we can see war, famine, scarcity, violence, hatred, frustration, etc., so we can find them in the world too.
On the other hand, every day, we might be witnesses of the vibration of growth, love, kindness, expansion, forgiveness, and change. These vibrations are made from the bottom of our souls and will return to the natural state, so we can continue living our lives in a brighter future and prosperity.
This process is called energetic awakening, and it is happening on the planet now.
Only by understanding the universe, we won’t change the world. Seeing and understanding nature will change your way of thinking. The real change will start with comprehension of the principles of the universe and the ones to our life.
The function of this information is to awake us all and tell us that we are all some sort of energy, spreading uniquely.
Quantum physics can prove that our feelings are of high importance. When we are living in a peaceful and loving state of mind, we will influence the world around us, for sure.
According to quantum physics, what you fill is the thing that you will attract. Be enthusiastic and passionate, and you will result in enthusiasm and passion.
These facts are influencing directly on the world situation, that is why you need to start spreading more positive energy so that you will gain more positive energy.
We are all energy.

The World of Quantum Physics: Everything is Energy
Nobel Prize winning physicists have proven beyond doubt that the physical world is one large sea of energy that flashes into and out of being in milliseconds, over and over again.
Nothing is solid. This is the world of Quantum Physics.
They have proven that thoughts are what put together and hold together this ever-changing energy field into the ‘objects’ that we see.
So why do we see a person instead of a flashing cluster of energy?
Think of a movie reel.
A movie is a collection of about 24 frames a second. Each frame is separated by a gap. However, because of the speed at which one frame replaces another, our eyes get cheated into thinking that we see a continuous and moving picture.
Think of television.
A TV tube is simply a tube with heaps of electrons hitting the screen in a certain way, creating the illusion of form and motion.
This is what all objects are anyway. You have 5 physical senses (sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste).
Each of these senses has a specific spectrum (for example, a dog hears a different range of sound than you do; a snake sees a different spectrum of light than you do; and so on).
In other words, your set of senses perceives the sea of energy from a certain limited standpoint and makes up an image from that.
It is not complete, nor is it accurate. It is just an interpretation.
All of our interpretations are solely based on the ‘internal map’ of reality that we have, and not the real truth. Our ‘map’ is a result of our personal life’s collective experiences.
Our thoughts are linked to this invisible energy and they determine what the energy forms. Your thoughts literally shift the universe on a particle-by-particle basis to create your physical life.
Look around you. Everything you see in our physical world started as an idea, an idea that grew as it was shared and expressed, until it grew enough into a physical object through a number of steps.
You literally become what you think about most. Your life becomes what you have imagined and believed in most. The world is literally your mirror, enabling you to experience in the physical plane what you hold as your truth … until you change it.
Quantum physics shows us that the world is not the hard and unchangeable thing it may appear to be. Instead, it is a very fluid place continuously built up using our individual and collective thoughts.
What we think is true is really an illusion, almost like a magic trick. Fortunately we have begun to uncover the illusion and most importantly, how to change it.
What is your body made of?
Nine systems comprise the human body including Circulatory, Digestive, Endocrine, Muscular, Nervous, Reproductive, Respiratory, Skeletal, and Urinary.
What are those made up of?
Tissues and organs.
What are tissues and organs made of?
Cells.
What are cells made of?
Molecules.
What are molecules made of?
Atoms.
What are atoms made of?
Sub-atomic particles.
What are subatomic particles made of?
Energy!
You and I are pure energy-light in its most beautiful and intelligent configuration. Energy that is constantly changing beneath the surface and you control it all with your powerful mind.
You are one big stellar and powerful Human Being.
If you could see yourself under a powerful electron microscope and conduct other experiments on yourself, you would see that you are made up of a cluster of ever-changing energy in the form of electrons, neutrons, photons and so on.
So is everything else around you. Quantum physics tells us that it is the act of observing an object that causes it to be there where and how we observe it.
An object does not exist independently of its observer! So, as you can see, your observation, your attention to something, and your intention, literally creates that thing.
This is scientific and proven. Your world is made of spirit, mind and body.
Each of those three, spirit, mind and body, has a function that is unique to it and not shared with the other. What you see with your eyes and experience with your body is the physical world, which we shall call Body. Body is an effect, created by a cause.
This cause is Thought. Body cannot create. It can only experience and be experienced… that is its unique function.
Thought cannot experience … it can only make up, create and interpret. It needs a world of relativity (the physical world, Body) to experience itself. Spirit is All That Is, that which gives Life to Thought and Body.
Body has no power to create, although it gives the illusion of power to do so. This illusion is the cause of much frustration. Body is purely an effect and has no power to cause or create.
The key with all of this information is how do you learn to see the universe differently than you do now so that you can manifest everything you truly desire.
